Melborha operates in a clean, well-equipped production environment, within our own factory and offices. Within the factory unit there are over 22 CNC Turning Centres and 10 Cam Auto’s running on a two shift basis providing massive capacity for bar turning up to 75mm and 250mm billet chucking.
We have a comprehensive secondary operation facility backing up the main production areas. The equipment includes rotary transfer machining, milling, drilling and tapping.
Our CNC machines incorporate the latest technology from Citizens Miyano’s Twin Spindle Triple Turret turning centre, Index Machine Tools Twin spindle Twin Turret G200 and ABC’S, to a range of Citizen Miyano’s Sliding heads. This gives us a complete and versatile approach to any component manufacture that may be required.
To implement innovative machining solutions we have an in-house tool room for the production of cams, form tools, tooling, jigs and fixtures, enabling us to respond and expedite our customer’s requirements quickly and efficiently.
